Throughout my working life, I have heard it said many times that we are just to busy to improve the way we work. Yet are we really that busy? I liked this blog post – see what you think.
It is an interesting paradox, the customer states that they xyz functionality quickly and yes they understand that it is rush job etc. Fast forward to user acceptance testing and there is unrest about the quality of the product. Talk about a catch 22 situation. This post explains why asking your suppliers (both internal and external suppliers) to rush something often leads to disappointment.
