What I enjoy most about being a project manager is:

To serve the team.

The three most important skills I use to successfully deliver projects are:

– servant leadership
– communication
– motivation of the team
– taking right decisions

I build and nurture my professional network by:

– servant leadership
– communication
– motivation of the team
– taking right decisions

At the start of my career, the one thing I wish I had known is:

That it is OK being myself.

Women who have inspired me so far in my career journey are:

Eleanor Roosevelt, Sarina Acardi, Jan Holt, Agnieszka Krogulec, Stephanie Jaeger

The most valuable advice I have ever been given is:

Be yourself! Like yourself! You don’t need to prove yourself just show what you know.

My advice for women on finding success as a project manager is:

Be yourself and like yourself!
