Encourage self-confidence, taking risks and putting our hands-up for what might seem impossible! Keep learning, growing and challenging the status quo.
Any other comments about Women in Project Management?
I hope sincerely a day will come where we no longer need to reinforce where women stand in any profession. We have equal representation, equitable opportunities and it’s no brainer for future generations.
