What is your project management super power?

I think it might be empathy.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

By encouraging women to join the profession via events dedicated to the project management, by showing examples of women who are Project Managers are successful in their role.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

For sure the communication will remain the most crucial skill.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

By reflecting what went wrong and why and then by talking to someone close to me about what happened.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Take a moment to breathe, stay calm, tray to find the areas of agreement.
