Why do you enjoy working in the field of project management?
Project Management is an exciting job! 🙂
What are your greatest achievements as a Project Manager?
I think it is being able to gain stakeholder’s trust which is crucial for the project’s success.
Why is a career as a Project Manager a great choice for women?
In my opinion women have all the capabilities to perform as Project Managers. We have great, natural competencies such as empathy and communication skills. We love to communicate and Project’s Manager role consists in 90% of communication! 🙂
How can women stand out in the field of Project Management?
I think we can stand out simply by being ourselves and doing our job.
What are some of the challenges women face as Project Managers?
I think the main challenge is for our voice to be heard. I think that sometimes we might hold up some great ideas and do not want to share them because we are afraid to speak up.
What can we do to help women to be exceptional Project Managers?
I think we can perform similar activities like this one. To inspire other women that there are women who succeeded within this area.
