Bio:

I have worked in financial services for 11 years across various areas. I got my lucky break into project management in 2015, from being a project administrator and have never looked back. I am on a journey of discovery and consider learning about people and what drives them, to be one of the most interesting parts of project management.

What is your project management super power?

The ability to connect with people!

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

Increased visibility of women in the profession. Women uplifting and supporting one another and creating spaces to learn and share experiences and skills.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

The ability to influence people and make a lasting impact.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Introspection, a short walk to calm myself or a feel good or inspiring movie/talk.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Address the situation immediately, calmly and positively.
