Bio:

I am proud to build over 5 thousands community in Poland that leads projects with joy and satisfaction! I am project management expert with 12+ experience in projects. Leader of global transformations in finance area (e.g. Thomson Reuters, Citi). I create and implement development programmes for leaders in organisations. So far I have led trainings and development programmes for over 1000 people. I implement and improve project management culture in organisations. I am a speaker at international conferences (e.g. New Trends in Project Management 2013, 2019, International PMI Congress 2015,2018). Since 2013 author of popular blog about project management: zarzadzam-projektami.pl. Holder of international certificates: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, PSM, PSP.

I do sport, meditate, spend some fun time with my kids.

Understand all perspectives and find what we have in common, then focus on that.
