What is your project management super power?

Being my clients TRUSTED ADVISOR through experience, education, attention to details and organization.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

Organizations could be more accepting of longer maternity leaves, and taking risks on female job candidates that may have left the workforce for time to raise children.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

listening, adaptability, flexibility

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Step away from work, find time to get my mind off that scenario and then come back to it. I appreciate a “lessons learned” call or survey, not to finger point, but to help individuals, including myself, mitigate challenges happening again.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Be honest, listen more – talk less, do not wait to confront.

Which 3 words best describe why you enjoy being a project manager?

Brilliant Teams, Thoughtful Clients and ability to showcase my experience to help garner success.
