Bio:

I’ve worked in project management for over 10 years with both Govt and private sector experience.

What I enjoy most about being a project manager is:

As a project manager, a one is playing g dual role of being a Leader as well as a manager who ensures the team is performing based on what is required. I enjoy communicating with people and budding up with project manager by offering my helping hand.

The three most important skills I use to successfully deliver projects are:

– Stakeholder Management
– Communication
– People Management

I build and nurture my professional network by:

Being proactive and offering my assistance where I find the gap and ensure things are in place.

At the start of my career, the one thing I wish I had known is:

What I am looking for and what I enjoy the most in corporate world.

Women who have inspired me so far in my career journey are:

My mom and women who are managing their professional life very well by managing and maintaining their personal life.

The most valuable advice I have ever been given is:

How to best achieve result based on project objective- by performing gap analysis of processes .

My advice for women on finding success as a project manager is:

Believe in yourself and be who you are. Encourage yourself.
