I am a spouse, mother and professional in project management. My professional journey started in 2002 during degree in IT, it was also my first contact with project management on the ground and guess what? I failed in love with this job and i decided to make a career in project management. 11 years later i became PMP certified. 2 years after my certification, i joined the big team of PMI volunteers In order to give back to the profession and to my community. Because I accumulated experiences and learned many lessons in various arias both in national and international environment, in January 2018 i created The V-PMO, stand for The Virtual Project Management Office to accompany and address persons and organisations in their project needs: management, audit, training, …

What is your project management super power?

Passion, people and project management evangelism.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

2 brains are better than one. The PM profession is dominated by male. By having more female will ensure more sustainability, results and will give more artist aim to the profession.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

Problem-solving, people centricity.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Positive attitude, general interest first and always have an alternative plan.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Stay neutral and objective as possible, find the good aide in each conflict and show the benefit of resolution to each party and the disadvantage of status quo or crisis.
