How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

If someone likes to be a project manager, then he/she must have the courage to take this challenge. Does not matter the gender. You need to trust in yourself and live the moment !

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

Future is unpredictable, so you need to be prepared for changes in your plan, you need to adapt and find the best solution for the situation. Also we need to be open to work with people from various places, various cultures, listen to everybody, cultivate people skills. Last, but not least: work well under pressure, know yourself, make permanent introspections

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Always a smile and a joke will de tension the situation.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Start the discussion with a statement that we need to find a correct resolution, we do not need to blame one or another. Let all the parties express their opinion, express fairly your opinion, analyze the facts and do not rely on emotions.
