What is your project management super power?

Empathy and being able to build a team. I’m a true people person!

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

I think we need to look at every industry individually and find ways to improve the representation of women in leadership roles.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

Managing teams remotely/building teams across different cultures.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Open transparency.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?
