Very passionate about personal and professional development. Has a vast experience within managing projects in various industries such as finance, IT and government sector. Likes challenges and implementation of new solutions. Fond of sketchnoting and visual thinking. Certified in UX-PM. Board member of Project Management Institute Poland Chapter, responsible for Regional Development.

Dealing with challenges and working with people.

What are your greatest achievements as a Project Manager?

Influencing company development by sharing best practices and delivering multi million projects with excellent customer satisfaction.

Why is a career as a Project Manager a great choice for women?

We are excellent at communication which is a key skill in Project Management. Nevertheless, this is a position for everyone.

How can women stand out in the field of Project Management?

They should believe in themselves and be self confident.

What are some of the challenges women face as Project Managers?

In my opinion women have to work harder than men to be appreciated for their work.

What can we do to help women to be exceptional Project Managers?

Support their careers and make them feel exceptional.

Any other comments about Women in Project Management?

I created an initiative for women which was named “Women in Project Management”. This is one of the project within Project Management Institute Poland, Wroclaw Branch 🙂
