Being a (PMP) and SCRUM master (CSM) with strong expertise in QA management using Agile methodology got me selected to speak in PMI EMEA Congress Global Conference 2019 in Dublin. Successfully implemented to scale Scrum up to large groups into multiple Agile teams as a Scrum of Scrum Master. Successfully Integrated Quality and Agile methodologies that drove me to choose Quality, Agile and Project Management as a career path. Working for product companies like Dell and Microsoft, I got associated in leading teams for creating quality software. Strongly involved in applying management principles to tasks in order achieve goals and to better optimize time management.
What I enjoy most about being a project manager is:
I enjoy the most when i am able to bring out the strengths of each of my team member and lead them to a successful space.

Constantly Being a valued member of PMI Chapters. When in India, Was PMI Hyderabad Chapter Member, Now Currently Switzerland chapter also being a volunteer. I would be Building my professional network by sharing new ideas to my professional groups.

My advice for women on finding success as a project manager is:
Every stone in each one’s path can be converted into a flower which can be picked by hand to reach success. Positive Mindset in converting each challenge into new learning.
