I am an Agile Project Manager , successfully implemented to scale Scrum up to large groups into multiple Agile teams as a Scrum of Scrum Master.

What is your project management super power?

Integrated Quality and Agile methodologies that drove me to choose Quality, Agile and Project Strongly involved in applying management principles to tasks in order achieve goals and to better optimize time management. Last year, I was a speaker on my paper Largest Event in Dublin in the month of May 2019. Proud to share my moment and build my website embedding Agile and Quality.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

Ensuring every team have an equal share in gender and equal application of rules to all genders.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

Having the ability to Multi Skill with a great Dedication is an assured path to a successful journey of complex projects!

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Every person should expand their skill set, by doing that we can expanding our skills, focusing on other areas, help to recover easily.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Best technique for conflict resolution is discussing and mapping out what best works for both the teams.

Which 3 words best describe why you enjoy being a project manager?

Driving the team to expand their skill set, motivating them to achieve success in any project the team works for.
