What is your project management super power?

I fix things.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

I think it is important to do what you love regardless of ones gender. I personally don’t associate project and change management with being a male or female specific and I am a true believe that if you want to do something you can. The only thing that would potentially be an obstacle is you.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

Understanding the difference between change and project management and the ability to apply both if necessary.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Depends on the situation however, transparency and an honest discussion is usually a must.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Understand the root cause of the conflict, put yourself in their shoes and don’t try to offer solutions.

Which 3 words best describe why you enjoy being a project manager?

I love change.
