PMP with more than 2 decades of experience in End to End IT delivery/Account Management/Technology Consulting/End to End Delivery Management responsible for account delivery of programs in Cloud Technologies, Digital (Artificial Intelligence, AR, delivering blockchain solutions in Supplychain, Gaming, Food domains, portals, IVR, Data Centre Apps. Instrumental in establishing, managing projects/programs/ Portfolios/Competencies (Mobile, CRM, Dev-Ops, Performance, Test Data, API, Optimization, Cloud, Datawarehousing) and driving strategic initiatives (Process, Technical, Employee Engagement, Quality, Optimization) and test consulting, having team members across locations, cross functional (IT, OPS, Quality, Finance). Experience in Mentoring, Training (Portfolio Management/Agile Scrum classroom, online). Leader with a strategic mind-set having domain expertise in Mobile, Insurance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Re-engineering, Web and Enterprise Solution areas. Experience in Agile Scrum Development Major Testing,Product Innovation, Software Development Life Cycle from inception through releases and post release maintenance. Managed multi-million $ budgets, 350+ (peak) team size.
