Why do you enjoy working in the field of project management?

Because “I chase storms to relax !”

What are your greatest achievements as a Project Manager?

When one of my team member came back 2 years after leaving the project said ” You are one of the best project managers I have worked with, I learnt a lot from you. ” That makes me feel, I have able to add value through project management.

Why is a career as a Project Manager a great choice for women?

For women it is a natural evolution, we are planners, nurturers and resource balancers. We can do more with less. That makes us great project managers.

How can women stand out in the field of Project Management?

By networking, articulating achievements, socializing ideas and building a personal brand.

What are some of the challenges women face as Project Managers?

Disproportionate representation, and navigating , ( conscious / unconscious) biases, stereotypes and myths about women leadership.

What can we do to help women to be exceptional Project Managers?

Being a role model, mentoring and encouraging career comeback.
