She is experienced in Program Management, Project Management, Service Management, Customer / Client Satisfaction and collaboratively managing global team resources to deliver program objectives.

What I enjoy most about being a project manager is:
Every project has a unique team. Each team member comes with his or her aspirations, goals, knowledge and skill set. Managing the team with diverse people is always quite challenging and learning in itself.
Every project has its own unique list of risks. You never know when, which comes up. Handling risks and implementing the responses and solutions to them makes me thrilled.

I reach out to people within the same community. I start sharing my knowledge, experience and keep looking out for opportunities to learn and grow my own self.
I believe in giving back and hence have been mentoring people since many years and it gives me immense pleasure when i see them flourishing and moving ahead in their careers.
I get involved in volunteering activities, meet ups and try to maintain a one of one professional network with people around me.
At the start of my career, the one thing I wish I had known is:
Don’t depend on others to develop you, be a self developer.

Be confident, fight for your rights, keep scaling up your knowledge.
