Raissa Sayou NOUETSA,PMP is Program Coordinator at Mobile Money Corporation (MTN Cameroon). She earned a Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences Option at Polytechnic National School of Yaounde in 2006. She started her project manager journey in 2008 and earned the PMP certification in 2010. Passionate by this job, she joined the first board of PMI Cameroon Potential Chapter in 2012 as VP Professional Development. She thus actively participated in the approval by PMI of the creation of the PMI Cameroon Chapter in 2014 and was appointed as the first VP in charge of professional development.
Raissa is co-founder of Citech, a Technology company specialize in software development. Today, She has already managed many projects on Software Development, IT integration, Building project and Digital Finance Domains. She has to her credit several projects with great economic impact, the most recent is the interoperability of monetary transactions in Central Africa region, at MTN Mobile Money side.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?
It is clear that today we have more male than female in project Management profession. Gender diversity can be improved by multiply initiatives like Elise Stevens blog. Put in place a women platform for exchange, encouragement and motivate whose who are already in the profession to bring others.
As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?
2- People management: Interest in others

How do you recover from difficult situations?
Inspire, Expire. Difficult situations are parts of the daily life of a Project Manager. To get out of it, I keep smiling first, positive attitude in second and I look for the most profitable solution for all in third. With us we say: What does not kill you makes you stronger.
What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?
1- Ensure parties recognize that a problem exist
2- Let emotions behind and stay objective
3- Listen, actively listen and et “supposed less” willing outcomes of each parties
4- Avoid attacks
5- Promote collaborating if possible, otherwise compromise
