I have a bachelor in industrial engineering and two master one in technology transfer and the other in oil and gas. My working experience is near to 20 years, starting from a small consultancy company in petrochemical industry working as feasibility study analyst, then moved to a medium size company in energy industry working as business development expert and project planning managers and my last company which I am working for in the last 10 years is a large oil and gas exploration and production company which I worked in different projects as planning manager and PMO advisor. I funded “Women In Project Management Iran” group since 2018 which now includes near to 200 members and it is part of Iran’s project management association.

What is your project management super power?

Being a mother of the project!

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

By encouraging younger generation to be more involved in the profession.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

Risk and uncertainty management.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

By communicating with others to be able to see the different aspects of the situation.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Ty to see the other sides point of view which comes by more experiences.

Challenging, dynamic and team working.
