I am a business graduate who has done her majors in Marketing. My preferred field is social media management as it is my strongest suit. Apart from that I am a content writer, I love the power of words and the pictures you can paint with words. I have an adaptable and get it done attitude, which is a big weapon when it comes to social media marketing. I have never shied away from challenges or new opportunities, I have always welcomed them with open arms. One such challenge was to work for a non-profit organization, that will feed, clothe and educate the poor, I am extremely grateful to Allah that I have managed that beautiful, feed the poors and is up and running and doing a world of good for underprivileged people of Pakistan.

What is your project management super power?

I am recently working for a Facebook community fellowship program-Femprow. Femprow is a social initiative which helps women to grow economically and professionally. It involves dealing with women entrepreneurs and handling the workshops and sessions. Dealing with women is my project management superpower.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

If everyone starts monitoring themselves rather than criticising and pinpointing others.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

– Pressure management

How do you recover from difficult situations?

I feel like there are difficulties for you because you have the power to handle them.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Patience, good listener.
