Why do you enjoy working in the field of project management?

It’s my passion and I dream for it.

What are your greatest achievements as a Project Manager?

I have not working as Project Manager, but aiming for the same in my career path. Current role and responsibility is working as Project Lead and I am enjoying it and its my great achievement. I personally feel and much happy and has self-confident, in near future I can and I will grow as LEADER.

Why is a career as a Project Manager a great choice for women?

Definitely for women as Project manager role is great choice: The first place, hard work and great leadership quality as they already doing both work life balance. Women are keen in role and responsibilities achiever hence women dream more and they give 100 % try to achieve the same.

How can women stand out in the field of Project Management?

With courage and helping others to grow, build networking is most important.

What are some of the challenges women face as Project Managers?

Today’s generation as such no challenges, ” self-motivation place key point to achieve goal ” Be happy and always keep updated with New technology and work towards that path.

What can we do to help women to be exceptional Project Managers?

Motivation and family support is must.
