What is your project management super power?

My interpersonal and leadership talents have always been a super power and supported my professional growth. I have skillfully balanced organizational objectives and productive relationships, strategizing and recommending ways in which to achieve and maintain a competitive business edge.

How can gender diversity be improved in the project management profession?

Gender diversity can certainly be improved in the project management domain. This way skills like leadership and communication can be better nurtured and strengthened making it easier to have an elevated level of detail and accuracy. Women better thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, striving for positive results. They can inspire colleagues with their expertise in communication and acumen for maximizing performance.

As the profession evolves, what skills do you think will be key for future success?

With diverse management culture we can better visualize success and identify unconventional yet highly effective strategies for achieving it. Strong professional with interpersonal backdrop and industrialist drive will certainly introduce us to better era in the project management domain.

How do you recover from difficult situations?

Patience and Proficiency are the keys for any complex situations. I, as an ambitious professional with communication proficiency and extensive PMO experience have a well-rounded skill set in project management and honed talents in compliance and training that sail me through the most difficult and complex situations.

What are your tips and techniques for conflict resolution?

Compromise and Collaboration are the talents that have always sailed me through any conflict with reporting managers, with peers, with stakeholders and at executive level.

Which 3 words best describe why you enjoy being a project manager?

Proficiency, leadership and communication – I love these three and use them to the fullest in the Project Management domain.
