Sonali is an accomplished Project Management professional with over 14 years of work experience. She has worked across various industries ranging from telecom to finance and health sectors. Sonali is currently associated with Seven Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where she focusses on successful Project Delivery, Stakeholder Management and implementation of industry wide best practices in order to provide best outcome for the clients.
What I enjoy most about being a project manager is:
Being in the Project Management space provides me with the opportunity to work on different projects, which brings new challenges and learnings. I also get to interact and work with a variety of people on a number of aspects such as financial and stakeholder management.

I build my network by getting involved with a number of organisations that support Project Management and especially Women in Project Management. I nurture it by reaching out to them on a regular basis and lending a helping hand as and when required. I also mentor budding Project Management professionals and offering them insights based on my experiences.

Everyone, especially women should value themselves and their work more. They should put a price tag on their work.
