Sonali Agarwal is a PMO consultant and have been in the Project space for more than 10 years. In her current role at Seven Consulting, she facilitates successful delivery of client projects.
Prior to this, she has worked with major telecom organisations like British Telecom and Nokia and held Project Management and Team Management roles. She has been instrumental in delivering a number of successful projects. Her experince ranges through several industries including telecommnucations, retail, financial services, IT and health care.
Sonali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications along with a number of Project Management certificates including Prince2, SAFe Agilist and P3O.

Delivering successful outcomes for my clients and being able to share my knowledge and experience with emerging Project Management professionals.

How can women stand out in the field of Project Management?
By believing that they can do more than just play second fiddle and taking charge of their professional growth in the field.
What are some of the challenges women face as Project Managers?
Not being heard and being stereotyped.
What can we do to help women to be exceptional Project Managers?
– Encourage female participation
– Educate organisations about the various roles in the Project Management space so as to break stereotypes
– Effective graduate programmes at university level combined with guidance from industry experienced professionals
Any other comments about Women in Project Management?
Project Management is a versatile field. It pans across various industries, providing great opportunities for women across the board.
