What I enjoy most about being a project manager is:

Having the opportunity of continuously working on different interesting aspects of different businesses with different teams of goal oriented people.

The three most important skills I use to successfully deliver projects are:

I listen to all people, I work from a human centered perspective and I love to organize work around people towards sustainable results.

I build and nurture my professional network by:

Starting for freelance gamechangers and looking for a yearly innovative education program to upgrade my skills and meet with project management soulmates.

At the start of my career, the one thing I wish I had known is:

That the wellbeing of people always needs to join the result driven focus in projects and that overall patience is a key factor for success.

Women who have inspired me so far in my career journey are:

All different women who guided me as a manager/leader/colleague during my career and life.

The most valuable advice I have ever been given is:

Focus on your wellbeing while being happy in what you do, it’s just a job but it takes big part of your life so let your job and your life shake hands and stop seeking for a work-life balance.

My advice for women on finding success as a project manager is:

Be authentic, rebellious-with-a-cause and keep your focus on people and goal, this combination is the key for finding success in the job and a meaningful life.
